MY BLOOD TESTS SAY I'M "NORMAL" BUT I STILL HAVE SYMPTOMS
Most people have a standard TSH test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) to rule out a thyroid condition. Often, this test comes back in the normal range. You, as the patient, are unaware that the range that is being used to assess your thyroid hormone level is an average of all the patients having blood tests ...many of these people have a thyroid condition and do not have normal results.
A more accurate range, which is used in the TOTAL THYROID PLAN, is called the functional range. This functional range is more narrow and more precise in evaluating patients with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and Hashimoto's disease.
HOW IS THE THYROID RECOVERY PLAN GOING TO HELP ME?
We go beyond the standard TSH test. Our patients are carefully evaluated with a panel of laboratory
tests that will identify what systems are not functioning properly or optimally. Each of our thyroid patients
have their own unique treatment plan. By identifying and then treating each "weak link" in the body, our
